Price and payment

Every product is presented with a price including VAT. In the cart you will find information such as the total price, VAT, delivery and payment. The conditions of payment are displayed according to the payment method choice.

Information about conditions of delivery is given in the cart according to the delivery method choice.

Right of withdrawal

You have a right of withdrawal for 14 days. In your message to us you must express in the clearest possible way your withdrawal. The right of withdrawal period starts the day you receive your product. Message should be sent to: info@handstandblock.com.

Din ångerrätt (ångerfristen) gäller under 14 dagar. I ditt meddelande till oss måste det klart framgå att du ångrar dig. Ångerfristen börjar löpa den dag du tog emot varan eller en väsentlig del av den. Om avtalet gäller en specialtillverkad vara – eller en vara som fått en tydlig personlig prägel, börjar ångerfristen löpa den dag vi lämnat information.

When using your right of withdrawal:

The product has to be in the same state has when you received it. It can be examined, but not used. You lose your right of withdrawal if the product is damage or lost due to your negligence.

Delivery

The delivery times are given in the cart according to the delivery method choice. If a product has a different delivery time, it is indicated with the product. This doesn’t concern the “Pick up from store” option.

If you chose to collect your order at a service point, the order is to be picked within 4 weeks. Non collected orders are sent back to us. For every package undelivered we reserve the right to debit 25€ for the return fee, administrative fee and handling fee.

Return

Returns are at your expense, except in case of defective product or wrong packaging. For exchanges we pay the new shipping cost from us to you.

Obligation to refund:

If you used your right of withdrawal, we shall refund the price of the product within 30 days from the day we received back the product. You are paying yourself the return fee when sending back a product. We always pay the fee for sending to you exchange products.

Vi ska, om du utnyttjat din ångerrätt, betala tillbaka vad du har betalat för varan snarast eller senast inom 30 dagar från den dag då vi tog emot varan eller, om det är en tjänst, meddelandet om att du ångrat dig. Du får själv betala returkostnaderna när du sänder tillbaka varan. Vi betalar alltid returkostnaden för att sända tillbaka så kallade ersättningsvaror.
