The very basic Handstand Block:

Go to your woodshop, buy a beam of the appropriate size - more or less 100x50mm a few meters long, cut it at the appropriate length - more or less 140mm, sand the sharp corners, repeat as many times as blocks you need.

Then if you are out of wood or that you want engraving on your blocks, you are welcome to buy them here

They are made of simple pin tree, with as little knots as it goes - different for every block.

Dimensions of one block*: 13,5 x 9,5 x 4,5 cm

Average weight of one block: 200 gram

NOTE: The price is given for one BASIC block. For handstands make sure to order two if you don't want to spend all your training on one arm ;)
